A native of Southern California, landscape painter Lori Marie grew up immersed in nature, frequently camping, traveling to national parks and sketching the peaceful scenery. She draws inspiration from Mother Nature, working with watercolor, oil and acrylic. Originally painted on postcard-sized canvas with a small brush, this piece is scanned and resized to highlight the intricate detailing, then printed on a maple panel for added dimension from the wood grain.
