Reversible Cast Iron Griddle - GR1

ZLINE Reversible Cast Iron Griddle (GR1) perfectly fits all 36" and 48" ZLINE Ranges and Rangetops. Easily replace any two burners with the griddle at your convenience. Use the raised-rib side to perfectly sear meat and vegetables, and the smooth, flat side for morning pancakes! High-quality cast iron distributes heat evenly, while a slight slope allows for grease to move easily to the grease catch on the rib side. Griddle comes pre-seasoned and ready to use, though it is recommended to always cook with a light layer of oil to prevent sticking. Clean with a stiff brush and hot water, towel dry, and repeat! Please note that this griddle is only able to be replaced on the middle burners on a 36" Range or Rangetop and the 2 middle burners on the 48" Range or Rangetops. Returns are not accepted on this ZLINE accessory.
